Helloooo Finn & Charley ~ I was reading the post where you wonder if Charley had an earlier family. My question is does the shelter have volunteer walkers that come in during the week?
The busy shelter near me has no one on weekends, but on Monday and Thursday they have senior walkers who do wonders in training them social manners.
